I was pleasantly surprised by the innovative take on authentic Khmer dishes, each plate telling a story of tradition and reinvention.One evening, while savoring a fragrant fish amok, the gentle evening breeze mingled with the exotic scents of lemongrass and kaffir lime. It was a moment of pure gastronomic bliss. The open-sided lounge bar, a tranquil oasis for drinks, added a touch of sophistication to the dining experience.The free cooked-to-order breakfast at Tevy's Place was a delightful awakening each morning, setting the tone for a day of exploration. Starting the day amidst such elegance was rejuvenating, preparing me to delve into the wonders of Angkor Wat.For travelers seeking a culinary adventure, the nearby dining options such as The Sugar Palm and Bravo Italian Pizzeria offered diverse flavors to complement the hotel's gastronomic offerings. With the Old Market Area and Pub Street just a stroll away, shopping and dining choices were abundant.The hotel's outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing respite after a day of sightseeing.
